Hassle-Free Returns
If your purchase doesn’t fit or function as expected, returning it is easy! Our 30-Day Return Policy (with some exceptions) gives you plenty of time to decide if your item meets your needs.
We offer two return shipping options:

Within 7 days of receiving your order – We cover the return shipping with 85% refund

After 7 days – We cover the return shipping with 60% refund
Due to our Free shipping service, we do partial refunds to accommodate shipping costs and restocking fees on our end.
Hassle-Free Exchange
Due to our free shipping policy, exchanges are subject to additional expenses. Additional expenses are to cover the additional shipping of items. The shipping fee will be provided by us when you initiate your exchange request.
How to Return / Exhange Your Item
To start a return or Exchange, email support@medicalgraderehab.ca with your order number or the name associated with your order. Our team will guide you through the process to ensure a smooth return or Exhange.
Important: Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Once your return is approved and processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please ensure all returns are in original condition. To receive a refund or exchange, items must be returned with all original packaging and instructions inside a parcel box.
If the original packaging or instructions are missing, or if items/packaging are damaged or not placed in a secondary shipping box, additional changes may apply, or the return may be denied.
Returns will not be accepted if products are damaged, altered, missing components, or if the original packaging is used as the shipping box.
